Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
Which credit cards do you accept?
Shoptuso.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
NOTE: IF YOU USE A DEBIT CHARGE CARD and there is any adjustment to your order (e.g. change in shipping, or a reprocessing since billing address didn't match), you may see 1 or more transactions on your statement. THIS IS DO TO YOUR BANK'S PROCESSING OF A DEBIT TRANSACTION -- SHOPTUSO IS NOT CHARGING MULTIPLE CHARGES. Any "multi-charges" on your debit statement will generally clear within 24 hours after your bank reconciles the charges with our credit-card processor. WE RECOMMEND USING A CREDIT CARD vs. a DEBIT CARD for online shopping.
PAYPAL: We only accept Paypal payments from VERIFIED Paypal users who also have their addresses VERIFIED by Paypal.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged only to states where shoptuso.com has a physical presence. Currently this is only California.
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
After you have placed your order on-line, you may make changes to your order or cancel all or part of your order at any time by contacting one of our Personal Shoppers during our normal business hours (see below). we're sorry, but we cannot accept cancellations or changes on personalized items or fine jewelry once you have placed your order.
Fast Exchanges
In addition to our standard exchanges, ShopTuso.com offers an exchange service by phone. Our customer support staff will create an invoice for your new item and you will pay for the item as a new sale. This will allow us to ship your new item immediately. When your returned item arrives at our facility, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase back to you.
Price Match Guarantee
We are very price competitive for your online fashion shopping. If you find an online competitor with a regular-priced item marked lower than the SHOPTUSO.COM price, we will match it. The item must be exactly the same including color and style. We will not honor pricing from Ebay, other auction sites or liquidation sites. Price matching is at management's discretion. Please email us at customerservice@shoptuso.com with the link and pricing when placing your order.

Can I place a wholesale order?
We do not offer wholesale pricing on any of our merchandise.

Do the PROMO CODES apply to all merchandise on the website?
Promo (promotion) Codes apply to all merchandise except where noted. Additional special items may be excluded from time to time. In this case, we will note the exclusion in the original Promo Code advertisement or on the particular item's page on the website.

Can I Get my Items gift wrapped?
Shoptuso.com will gift box your order provided you note that at the time of purchase. Our box includes a standard gift box with either blue or pink tissue wrapping. We do provide holiday themed wrapping during December. We can provide a gift message if your desire. Please note the text in your order comments. A gift receipt will also be provided.
SIZING AND COLORS
What Size am I?
Since all of our products come from different manufacturers, each one is sized slightly differently. Next to the product, we provide our comments as to whether the product runs slightly smaller or larger than the size would indicate. If you have any doubts or questions, please email or call our style consultants at (818) 981-1877 to discuss your product further. We want to make sure you get the right fit the first time!
Are the Colors Accurate on the Screen?
Shoptuso.com uses its best efforts to make sure the product photos and colors displayed are representative of the actual materials used. However, due to limitations of displaying photos and colors on computers, we cannot guarantee that the color will be exactly as displayed.
Koolaburra Boots sizing?
All Koolaburra boots are sold as women's sizes. We can order men's and kid's, however, you must specify in your order notes that it is a men's size 8 for the size 8 order. Men's sizes are always 1 size smaller than women's.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
How do I purchase a gift certificate?
No idea what to buy? No worries, that’s why you can purchase a gift certificate for use online or a gift card for use in our stores. Just choose the gift amount and add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Gift certificates are delivered using USPS, with no shipping charges. You may choose to have your gift certificate shipped using another shipping method at an additional cost.
How do I redeem my gift certificate?
To use a gift card, please visit one of our stores. To use a SHOPTUSO.COM gift certificate, at the checkout screen you will be able to enter your gift certificate number in the field “Redeem your gift certificate”. This will deduct the full amount of the gift certificate from your order total. If your gift certificate is more than the total purchase, the total purchase amount will be deducted from your gift certificate, and you will be able to use the remaining amount for future purchases.
