SHOPTUSO HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

SHOPTUSO wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If however you should need to return an item, you may return regular priced or sale priced (excluding clearance/final) merchandise within 7 days of receipt for a refund minus the shipping charges. We do not refund original or return shipping charges.

NOTE: Returns sent WITHOUT an RA or outside the 7 day return window will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

At SHOPTUSO we are committed to selling only first-quality genuine designer fashions and accessories. Thus, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email within 48 hours of receiving your order at customerservice@shoptuso.com to be eligible for a refund.

Special Orders

Special orders are not returnable for refund or exchange.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Use of Promotional Codes may alter the terms listed above. Please see the FAQ section under Customer Service to find any special restrictions related to your PROMOTIONAL CODE.

Clearance/Seasonal/Final Sale Items

All Final Sale Items are not returnable, they are final sale. Coupon codes may not be used on final sale items and will not be applied towards final cost if used, unless specifically noted on coupon code.

Return Procedures

1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number

* A Return Authorization Number must be obtained BEFORE returning any items. No refunds or credits will be given on items return without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number.
* Your request for a Return Authorization Number must be received as soon as possible so your return will reach SHOPTUSO within 10 days from the original date you received your order.
* To obtain return authorization, please email customerservice@shoptuso.com.
* You will receive an email reply indicating your Return Authorization Number generally within 24 hours if your return request is approved.
* All requests for Return Authorization Numbers must be made online. No authorization numbers are available via phone, fax or mail.

2. Ship Authorized Returns

* Return packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days from original shipping date as noted on your invoice.
* Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged in return transit. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx that allows you to track your package. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted.
* Please make sure your Return Authorization Number is written clearly on the outside of the package.
* Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us at:

All returned items must HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL original tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Footwear must be unworn with the outer sole clean. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Special Order Footwear (size or style) cannot be exchanged or returned.

When will my credit card be refunded?
All refund requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Return credits take approximately five to seven business days to process upon receipt of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Refused Delivery/Incorrect Address/Returned Delivery
If you decide to refuse any shipments from SHOPTUSO.com or if you provide an incorrect shipping address, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), along with a 10% restocking fee. You may request reshipment, however, a minimum postage charge of $10 will apply (may be greater depending upon weight of the item). This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Special Accomodation Returns/BOOTS Promo Exceptions

Any returns permitted by SHOPTUSO.COM that do not comply with the return agreement will be charged a 10% to 30% restocking fee depending on the style and size being returned. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
