Can I ship to a different address?
No. Unless you fax a copy of the front and back of the credit card along with a copy of a photo identification with matching name/address information, we can only ship to the credit card billing address. No Exceptions.
Can I pick up my order in the store
Yes, you can select and pay online and your order will be packaged and waiting in the store the next business day after processing. There is no shipping charge for in-store pickups; however, the in-store return policy (7 days for exchange or store credit only) will apply.
When will my order arrive
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm PST will begin processing that day and generally be shipped within 24 hours pending availability of inventory and credit verification. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not ship until the following Monday at the earliest. Shoptuso.com is unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. Saturday delivery is available at extra cost and you must contact customer service to request that.

Packages should arrive within 5 to 7 business days if shipped via Ground. USPS Priority Mail will generally provide 2-3 postal day delivery. Shipments sent via expedited service should arrive within 1 to 2 business days following when the order was shipped. NOTE that expedited shipments will generally be 2 day transit times depending on your zip code. ShopTUSO will try to ship via the fastest carrier for expedited shipments. If you would like guaranteed OVERNIGHT delivery, SHOPTUSO will gladly ship that method and charge the actual shipping charge to your order. Just Note "OVERNIGHT DELIVERY - ACTUAL CHARGE" in the Notes section of your order. Transit times may increase if your order in being shipped to a rural address; an address in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico; and during holiday seasons.
What if an item I order is back-ordered or unavailable
SHOPTUSO can't always guarantee availability of all products. If you have ordered an item that is no longer available or if an item will be delayed in shipping, we will notify you of the situation via email and ship that part of your order than can be filled. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped and, of course, we do not bill you for items that are not available.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged upon shipment of your order.
Does SHOPTUSO ship to my location?
SHOPTUSO.com ships to all 50 US States, as well as Guam and Puerto Rico, via USPS and United Parcel Service. We also ship to Canada via UPS International Service. For shipping to all other countries around the world, please contact us via email at customerservice@shoptuso.com to get an exact rate quote.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
How much will it cost to ship my order?

Will my order come all at once or in multiple shipments?
Based on product availability, we may split your order into multiple shipments to make sure you get the latest fashion at your door as quickly as possible. You are not charged any additional shipping fees if your order is sent to you in multiple shipments. If items are sent separately, the shipping cost for your entire order will be allocated over all shipments but not necessarily evenly. This only applies to items ordered together that are assigned the same order number. If you have more than one order open with us, each order is subject to its own shipping costs as quoted on the order confirmation that is emailed to you. We're sorry, but we cannot combine orders after you have submitted the order on our website.
How can I track my order?
Upon the successful completion and payment of your order, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you which will include a tracking number for your package. This is generally emailed after the close of business on the day your order was shipped. You may track the status of your package by visiting www.usps.com, www.ups.com, or any other shipper that shoptuso.com may designate was used to send your order.
Lost Shipment Claims
SHOPTUSO.com will not reimburse for orders received where no signature required was requested. A claim to the carrier will be submitted but please be aware that the maximum carriers will reimburse is $100. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for more expensive orders.
Refused Delivery/Incorrect Address/Returned Delivery
If you decide to refuse any shipments from SHOPTUSO.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), along with a 10% restocking fee. You may request reshipment, however, a minimum postage charge of $10 will apply (may be greater depending upon weight of the item). This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
